Overview
While we maintain a very low and insignificant return/refund/replacement rate, we appreciate that you fully read our Return & Refund policy before making a purchase to understand both your rights as our beloved customer and our rights as your seller.
Allowed Returns & Exchanges
- Items received in damaged condition.
- Wrong item received.
- Change of mind (subject to case by case approval in addition to the requirements stated below )
Return & Exchange Requirement
- Item must be unused.
- Item must be in original packaging with original packaging unopened
- Refund/exchange/replacement request must be made within 7 days from receipt of purchase. For clarity, the order’s tracking code shall be used for confirmation of date of delivery/received date. In the event that delivered date cannot be determined from the tracking code, request must be made within 14 days from the purchase date.
- Returns must be made within 7 days from return request approval. For clarity, you must ship out the items with tracking code submitted within 7 days from the day you received an acknowledgement and approval of your return request.
Additional Notes
- We have the right to decline your return/exchange/replacement request in the event that we have evidence that your claim is not genuine.
- In the event that your package received appears to be damaged, you are strongly advise to photograph the receiving condition of the package and its content prior to opening them.
- In the event that you noticed that the items is damaged or wrongly received, you are strongly advise to contact us immediately. Proceeding to unpack and use the item after being made aware of any damage or wrong item received shall be taken as acceptance of goods. We have the right to decline your return/exchange/replacement request in the event that the buyer is aware of the damage or wrong item received prior to opening the item packaging or using the item.
- In the event that we have directly declined your return/exchange/replacement request, you have the right to submit a return/exchange/replacement request through the payment gateway provider used during purchase, and your request will be reviewed accordingly.
- Return and refund request are subject to inspection of the returned product and may be declined if the request was subsequently deemed as not genuine.
- In the event of any purchased item is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you prior to shipping your order. Any confirmation made then will override the details of the original purchase, and any return or exchange request will be made in reference to the revised order details.

Items Marked as Defect Items
Items marked as Defect Grade when sold are final and is not covered under the Return and Exchange policy stated above.
